SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from TNT Real Estate Services LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We operate two brands — TNT Staging and TNT Commercial — both under the parent company TNT Real Estate Services LLC. Our SMS messaging program covers communications from both brands.
2. Program Description
TNT Real Estate Services LLC uses SMS text messaging, operated through Grasshopper, to communicate with customers and prospective customers. Our messaging program includes:
- General conversational messages to answer your questions and provide customer support
- Appointment confirmations and service-related updates (scheduling, reminders, follow-ups)
- Promotional offers, discounts, and news about our home staging, photography, and design services (sent occasionally)
Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies based on your communication needs and the nature of your project or inquiry. We do not send mass marketing blasts on a fixed schedule.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by any of the following methods:
- Providing your mobile phone number on our website quote request form at https://tntstaging.com/request-a-free-quote and checking the SMS consent checkbox
- Texting us directly at 704-618-8591 or 704-996-1670 to initiate a conversation
- Verbally or in writing confirming your consent with a TNT team member
By opting in, you confirm that:
- You are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You consent to receive text messages from TNT Real Estate Services LLC at the number provided
4. How to Opt Out (STOP / CANCEL)
You may cancel SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP or CANCEL to any SMS message you receive from us
- Email us at info@tntstaging.com and request to be removed from our SMS list
Once we receive your opt-out request, we will send you one final confirmation text to confirm you have been unsubscribed. We will remove your number from our messaging list within 24 hours. You will not receive any further SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt in again.
To opt in again after stopping, simply contact us using any of the opt-in methods described in Section 3.

If you experience any issues with our messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive an automated response containing our phone number, email address, and website so you can reach us directly.

We will respond as quickly as possible during normal business hours.
6. Message and Data Rates
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. These charges are determined by your wireless carrier and your plan — not by TNT Real Estate Services LLC. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.
If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider directly.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and the policies of your carrier.
8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and others. Coverage and delivery may vary on certain prepaid or regional plans.
9. Data Sharing — Mobile Opt-In
TNT Real Estate Services LLC will not sell, rent, or share collected mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for any reason — including marketing, promotional, or any other purpose.
All information-sharing described elsewhere in this policy or our Privacy Policy explicitly excludes mobile opt-in and consent data. Opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose.
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. 11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of our SMS messaging service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
