About the Role
You'll own the delivery side of our projects – coordinating vendors, tracking orders, managing timelines, and ensuring every installation goes smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines from order to final installation
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and installation crews
- Communicate proactively with clients on status and timelines
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years in project management, ideally in furniture, construction, or FF&E
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with procurement and logistics coordination

- Lead discovery conversations and develop project proposals

- 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial real estate or design
