What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TNT Staging takes great care of every customer and provides the highest quality services. Our loyal/repeat customers always get the best value. The TNT team has a long history of partnerships with real estate investors, builders and agents, we know how to best meet their needs. We have an exclusive approach for real estate investors and professionals; therefore they hold us as their preferred vendor and “go to” team.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to provide the highest quality services and value. Please feel free to reach out and we’ll provide you with a quote within 24-48 hours after we’ve seen the property. We work fast and will accommodate your busy schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead Stager is TNT ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) Certified, has 10+ years of professional experience in staging and residential design, real estate photography, and also holds a degree in architectural design and construction.
Our professional photographer has 10+ years of experience in the industry. By understanding how to properly photograph interiors to showcase a home’s most appealing angles, our photographer captures photos of your property the make your listing stand out from the competition. We understand first hand how important it is to for an agent to have sharp, high-quality real-estate photography pictures available as quickly as possible and that’s what we do.
TNT Staging has a very reliable and affordable team of professional cleaners. Their eye for detail and flawless track record help us provide the very best to our customers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are in LOVE with real estate and always have been. It’s our lifetime passion, our profession, and our true calling.

We work with many real estate brokers, investors and builders in the Carolinas, predominantly in the Charlotte area. We are very flexible and make sure that we accommodate our customer’s needs to the fullest.
